Our story
Tri-Valley Garage Door is Andy Parker's company, run out of a shop on Condon Way in Hopedale. Andy built it the slow way: answer the phone, show up when you said you would, quote the job straight, and let the next customer hear about it from the last one. Most of the work still comes from referrals and repeat customers, and the 5.0 rating across 150+ Google reviews is protected by being boring about the basics, every single visit.
The crew you will meet is small on purpose. Katie runs the office and answers the phone, Devon does most of the install and repair work, and Andy still quotes the bigger jobs himself. That is why the answer you get on the phone is the answer the truck shows up with, and why the price on the invoice matches the quote.
We handle both sides of the trade. The repair calls that cannot wait, and the planned work: new doors and openers for homes, sectional and overhead doors for businesses, and whole projects for builders and flips. If a door can be repaired honestly, we will say that first, because a customer who trusts us calls again in ten years when the door really is done.
