The install itself is a few hours in most cases. The wait is the ordering: stock doors arrive in days, while a specific color or window layout can take a few weeks. We give you the real lead time when you pick the door, not after.
Only if it has earned it. If your opener is old, loud or missing safety and convenience features you want, doing both in one visit saves a second appointment. If it is in good shape, we will tell you to keep it, because a new door does not need a new motor.
